Cooking Hanging Cornish Hens Over Veggies

Hanging Cornish Hens over a of vegetables, and that those juices drip down over those veggies is one of my favorite meals using “S” hooks and butchers twine links to all that on my blog. You season it up over a pan with a rack like this. I kind of got this one hanging a little bit too low, but hopefully it will hang up in your stove just right. Those some veggies in that same pan that you had the seasonings fall into and adjust accordingly inside of you stove. Get those hens hanging upside down using that butcher's twine.
